Island Image Contracting LLC is family owned and operated.  Dean and Joanne Martin started the company here on Maui in October of 2006.  Dean has lead multi-million dollar projects here in Maui since 1999.  As soon as the nest was empty, the dream to live permanently on Maui became a reality. 

Dean’s expertise and over 29 years of construction experiance is well known in the Pacific Northwest.  Dean has an excellent reputation of completing projects timely and efficiently with a focus on not only production but also quality craftsmanship.  

In 2007 IIC purchased a 38 Ton Capacity Crane to assist with the heavy construction needs of the companies projects.  Brenton Martin is the Certified NCCCO Crane Operator and Dean and Joannes son. The Crane Service has provided lifts for both residential and commercial projects such as; lifting trusses, A/C units, setting pools, and even providing satelite feed at the Mercedes Open.
